FAQ's

How do I book an assessment day?

Please contact us through our Assessment page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can my dog come just for dog day care?

Absolutely, there is no conditions attached to our services, you can use our day care service or both day care and over night. If there is a chance that you will want to take advantage of the over night stays in the future, we do recommend including this in the assessment day, therefore you are ready to book an overnight should you need it.

What happens if my dog doesnt get on with other dogs?

We aim to make a safe space for all our guests, therefore, we require all of them to be able to mix comfortably with other dogs. We understand that not every dog will want to play all the time, but we do require them to have a good level of acceptance to being around others. If your dog shows signs of reactivty, we would unfortunately be unable to have them in our care.

What happens if my dog is missing me during the day or night?

We get askes this alot - as much as we would love our dogs to show signs they are missing us, this is very rare. As dogs are pack animals, once they have settled in and found their place with their new friends, they are occupied by all the activites going on - so you dont need to worry, we will keep them busy so they are happy and content,.

What are the times for drop off and collection?

Our morning drop off time is between 08.00 - 09.00. Our collection times are between 17.00 and 18.00.  We can offer a later collection of 11am which is after breakfast and a lovely morning walk for an additional £14

Do you have a minimum stay requirement?

The only time a minimum stay is required is during the Christmas period and Easter weekend. During this time, the minimum stay is 3 nights. Outside of this, we accept any duration to support your needs.

What do I need to bring for over night stays?

You only need to bring your dogs food and medication with them. We supply all bedding, toys & treats. If your dog arrives without enough food for their stay, we’re happy to provide high-quality, nutritious meals. Meals start from £3.50 for small dogs, with prices varying depending on your dog’s size and dietary needs.
