Our Hotel - Boarding for dogs in Bristol and North Somerset
Our North Somerset Hotel is a 5 star rated boarding facility for dogs. We cater for the majority of breeds and endeavour to provide a home from home feel. All dogs have their own bedrooms for the night time and the ability to roam shared spaces during the day.
We provide all bedding and for those who are used to being in a crate, we can provide a spacious crate within the bedroom endvironment. During the assessment process, we will gather information from you about their sleeping environment to try and match it as closely as possible.
The hotel allows for up to 20 dogs per night with each one benefiting from their own bedroom. For dogs that come as a pair, we are able to provide a larger sleeping space for them together.

Open / crated environment
Depending on what your dog is used to, we will do our very best to match their sleeping arrangements at home. We have the flexibility to make sure they have the best nights sleep after a busy day
Dedicated bedrooms
Separate space for dogs at night is important for their mind and body. Having their own space allows them to be calm after a busy day and be well rested for the next.
Stables
We have a group of bedrooms which are linked by stable doors, this allows your dog to see and hear our staff in the hotel if they prefer this. We will listen to your dogs requirements.
On-site Hotel Manager
There is always an onsite manager each day and frequent walk arounds are carried out during the evening and before the day starts
Flexible stays
Our portal allows you to book your dog in for day care and over night stays with ease. Each booking is then signed off by our Hotel Manager to confirm availability. You have the ability to book ad-on services at the same time to enhance the experience.

Day in the life of a dog staying with the hotel
0700-0800
If your dog is staying with us the night before, this is the time that we carry out a gentle wake up and breakfast is served.
0800-0900
Drop off of our day guests, this is our allocated drop off time for dogs that are staying for the day or the next night
0900-1100
Morning walks and estate adventures! In small groups, all guest will have exercise across our secure fields & woodland. Following this, each dog will have personal one-to-one care and activities with their day care leader.
1100-1300
Enrichement time! This includes scent work, gentle agility, snuffle mat play and activities which challenge our guests minds. We work with each dog to ensure that they get the most out of this two hour time.
1300-1400
For guests that have lunch, this is served around 1pm. For others, this is a period of rest to recharge ready for the afternoon activities.
1400-1600
Afternoon walks and estate adventures! In small groups, all guest will have exercise across our secure fields & woodland. Following this, each dog will have personal one-to-one care and activities with their day care leader.
1700-1800
For those guests staying for the day only, this is our pick up time.
1730 -1830
For dogs staying with us over night, dinner is served around this time.

Evening unwind time with gentle play, settling and quiet time, this prepares our guests for a good night sleep.
